My name is Sarah Roach and I recently graduated from Tennessee Technological University (TTU) in May 2013. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Elementary Education. I am certified to teach Kindergarten through 6th grade. While growing up I had many teachers that had a positive impact on my life and because of them; I am where I am today. As a student, I struggled everyday to complete my work because I found it very difficult. Therefore, I want to help prevent students from getting discouraged by making learning fun through integrating technology into each lesson. I truly believe that students learn the best when they are physically involved and when teachers relate lessons to their everyday life. I am very eager to get into the classroom setting and apply all of my knowledge that I have received throughout my education!
